Cannot use my VIP for the second device.

Cannot use my VIP for the second device. I used my Apple ID and now I cannot log in to We TV using my other Samsung device. No response from Messenger for help and feedback in app as well. Helpless here.

Ads are annoying and I'm already a VIP

I paid for VIP so I can avoid ads but there are still ads popping on our screens, especially when we pause the video, there are ads that will pop up that will block the screen or sometimes we accidentally click and will lead us to other sites.
