Different scooters dont work, refuse to accept return place, payed 10 € for nothing.

It is very expensive compared to other applications , They don't remove broken scooters from the system to make you pay more , Worst experience in scooter riding

Wanted to find a scooter late at night, installed a few apps, this one didn’t even let me see if there’s any scooters nearby without creating an account. So I went with the app that did. Maybe you can prove first that you can provide me your service before asking me to submit my personal information and agree to all your license agreements?

Reported a 1 star and cancelled my ride and said it was broken. Still had to pay the ride, safe to say I'll never use Bird again.

The absolute worst scooter company that exists today (and I’ve tried quite a few). I was charged for a “2 hour” trip (the trip was literally zero minutes and zero km because I tried the scooter and it didn’t work) only because I was unable to park the scooter (back in the same approved parking area I got it from) as their app and GPS suck. Their customer service is a joke and fake. Their internal messaging timestamp said they answered my complaint in 3 minutes however the timestamp in my email registered 2 days later. That’s sketchy and doesn’t give me confidence that this company is legit. Avoid this company at all costs!

Som vilken lågbudgetscooter som helst men när man sen ska avsluta åkturen trots ”alla tips” så går det ej och man tvingas lämna den olåst och debiteras för tid som ej använts. Nästa gång jag alla vanliga och bra scooters (läs Tier, Voi, Bolt) är upptagna och det bara finns Bird så blir det att transportera sig till fots.

Parking GPS inaccurate

Bird är otroligt nedslående på alla punkter. Tar lång tid från upplåsning till avfärd. Ogenomtänkt flöde med många överflödiga steg som tar extra tid. Skotern känns racklig, saknar bromshandtag på höger sida, dåligt balanserad, accelererar på ett märkligt ryckigt sätt, kort styre som gör svängar betydligt svårare än konkurrenter. En billig skräpskoter helt enkelt. Att avsluta turen var lika frustrerande. Och trots att allt är dåligt så är det inte ens billigare än konkurrenterna, tvärtom så är det dyrare. Finns INGEN anledning att välja Bird.

Fruktansvärt dåliga scootrar, alltid problem. Jag får aldrig pengar tillbaka, varning!

They ride nicely if you are lucky to find one that works. Roughly 1/3 works. It’s also the most expensive option with the fewest scooters. But it’s all worth it when you find one that works it totally rides well
