When I Work Staff Scheduling

I find this app very useful and much more effective than using paper and handing it to my manager.

In general, it gets the job done! Easy to see and manage my schedule. My one observation is that I get confused when/how to use to effectively communicate with others. Most likely because I haven’t used enough

I love when I work app! It’s the best digital platform for staying in the know about your work schedules. You can easily communicate with the team and managers . 10/10 recommend

I don’t like the app. It’s not friendly user at all. Please stop asking me to rate it. I’m only using it because that is what my employer uses.

As a business owner this app helps me easily do all the staff scheduling. Easy for them to click in and out and also request time off in advance. We all love it!

Makes everything very convenient

I like the ease of using When I Work. I can confirm shifts and send messages easily.

App has been convenient and accurate when looking at my schedule with details, picking up, swapping or requesting off. I have now used this at two places of employment and it has been a solid way of keeping track and communicating schedule needs.
