This app helps me save a lot of time organizing the schedule of my team, and also gives us a very friendly solution to handle preferred shifts, time-off requests and shift swapping. Efficient and easy to use. I downloaded the free trial and upgraded my account within a couple of days.

I find this app very useful and much more effective than using paper and handing it to my manager.
Happy with When I Work
In general, it gets the job done! Easy to see and manage my schedule. My one observation is that I get confused when/how to use to effectively communicate with others. Most likely because I haven’t used enough
