● Get Feeding Insights: Ensure your pet is receiving the right amount of food at the right time. Compare your pet’s weekly and monthly feeding stats for high-level insights.
● Give Your Pet A Snack: Give your pet a snack anytime, from anywhere, at the touch of a button. Snacks dispense in one portion increments.
● Connect Multiple Units: Onboard a single Feeder-Robot or Litter-Robot, or multiple units to the same app. Others in your household want to connect? Simply use the same account.
Requirements:
● Requires iOS 13.0 or later
● Requires camera permissions to scan QR code
● 2.4GHz connection required (5GHz not supported)
● IPv4 compatible network required
● Please make sure you complete the onboarding process within 5 minutes
● SSID network names must be under 31 characters
● Network passwords must be between 8-31 characters and cannot have slashes, periods or spaces ( \ / . )
● Robots will not connect to hidden networks
● MAC address is visible during feeder-robot onboarding
● Robots will only connect to secure password protected networks
● Robots do not use share WiFi network phone features

Cannot connect with my account
I have an emergency in my cat health, I need to see if there is a problem with its statistics on the app. the app require a connexion to have access to my own hardware! my account not work and I cannot consult the datas… after resetting password not work, anyway not work when you really want to have it!

Better before
I have to say I tried my best to fight the new app and keep using the original Litter Robot app which was so much better even though it didn’t have dark mode. This app only brings an ugly app logo, a less efficient UI and nothing new. Before as soon as I opened the app I was already in my litter robot page but now I have to select it (I only have one), if I want to reset the counter I actually have to go in the settings and because the icons are gigantic on my 15 Pro Max I have to scroll down and then I can click to reset the thing (where as before I could just click on the counter that was already visible and that was it) ! There is still no Apple Watch, Mac or Apple TV app. And worst of all the graph that was so nice to look at in the original app now looks like a children’s drawing. Anyway, I try not to think of it by not using the app.

Hi, I've an issue with this app. After making it empty totally, i activate a cycle to run. At the end, the app always says that the drawer is 95% full. Could u please fix it in priority ? Kind regards.

Pour ma part, je trouve le pull application bien inférieur à l’application Litter Robot parce que on ne peut pas voir l’activité avec beaucoup de recul. Juste une page accessible et lorsqu’on a trois chats qui utilise la litière c’est insuffisant pour avoir le reflet de la journée. c’est dommage car c’était une bonne indication sur l’activité de l’ensemble des Chats. On devrait avoir la possibilité de garder l’autre application alors qu’elle refuse de fonctionner maintenant qu’il y a un Whisker. De plus, je n’arrive pas à connecter mon deuxième Litter Robot sur l’application.
Application partiellement en français
L’application est traduite en français mais les notifications sont en anglais. Quand vous proposez une application en français, faites le totalement. Merci de bien vouloir mettre les notifications en français.
Impossible de connecter mon litre robot au wifi
Impossible. Me dit que c’est le mauvais password wifi sauf que c’est le bon. C’est insupportable
Panneau de comandes
Pourquoi faire une application si on ne peut pas à distance appuyer sur les boutons de la machine ; (reset, empty…). Dès qu’il y a un problème (chat montant durant cycle) on ne peut pas reseter à distance… bien dommage, car sinon bien pensée. Je pense ainsi retourner le robot…
