● Manage Your Litter-Robot Settings: Customize your settings right from your phone. Adjust the wait time, lock out the control panel, activate the night light, or schedule sleep mode.

● Get Feeding Insights: Ensure your pet is receiving the right amount of food at the right time. Compare your pet’s weekly and monthly feeding stats for high-level insights.
● Give Your Pet A Snack: Give your pet a snack anytime, from anywhere, at the touch of a button. Snacks dispense in one portion increments.
● Connect Multiple Units: Onboard a single Feeder-Robot or Litter-Robot, or multiple units to the same app. Others in your household want to connect? Simply use the same account.
Requirements:
● Requires iOS 13.0 or later
● Requires camera permissions to scan QR code
● 2.4GHz connection required (5GHz not supported)
● IPv4 compatible network required
● Please make sure you complete the onboarding process within 5 minutes
● SSID network names must be under 31 characters
● Network passwords must be between 8-31 characters and cannot have slashes, periods or spaces ( \ / . )
● Robots will not connect to hidden networks
● MAC address is visible during feeder-robot onboarding
● Robots will only connect to secure password protected networks
● Robots do not use share WiFi network phone features

Very slow
Everything in the app loads extremely slow and is beginning to get really annoying. This should go faster with such an expensive top product.
App doesn’t match with product quality
I’m a bit disappointed with the app. A few remarks: - It’s very slow to load “recent activity”, even shows nothing sometimes. - I have 4 cats. It would be nice if it allowed me to assign a recorded weight to one of them if I know which one it is. It offers to choose one of the recorded weights in pet profile, but it still doesn’t assign it to the cat. - I miss the overview usage per pet. It shows how many cycles happened in the history. I’m more interested which cat used how many times so that I can recognize any abnormalities. - I cannot share app with my wife so that she can use with her own account. She is using my credentials in her phone to use the app. - it would be a nice addition if it shows how much time is left to cycle, I can calculate from last activity, but again, the recent activity loading time is very long, frustrates.

Mooie app voor een heel fijne kattenbak
De App werkt zoals het moet. Geeft mooi inzicht in gebruik van de kattenbak vooral en ook wanneer je niet thuis bent. Enige verbeterpunt is de vertaling naar het Nederlands, dat kan wel beter.
Werkt niet altijd goed
Werkt niet altijd met de realiteit. Als ik de bak leeg is niet altijd de app ook leeg.
Allow to choose the language for the app
I am from the Netherlands and the language in the app has been set to German. This is a nogo for almost everyone from the Netherlands. Please default to English if the language is not available and let the user choose!
Taal
Is in het Duits, en niet te veranderen Jammer Na mijn telefoon op Engels gezet te hebben en de app openen staat hij nu op Engels. Daarna mijn telefoon weer in het Nederlands . Probleem opgelost
