Xenophobic service without enough inclusivity
They want to delete my account in 10 days just because my phone number is from Russia, even though I live in the EU. Unreasonable Russophobia causes them to lose customers. The process of changing the number is unfriendly and badly designed. Why I have only 10 days? I'm on holiday and can't do it. You can guess how customer-oriented they are... Feature-wise, other neo-banks are far superior, so literally no reason to use Wise.
