So far I’ve used this app only once, because I needed to send money to Ukraine, and it worked out so good and fast! I hope I’ll be happy with my second experience as well. Thanks guys
Impossible to delete your account
If you want to delete your account because you never used this app anyway and you don’t want this app to hold your personal info anymore, you won’t be able to just delete it yourself. You have to contact customer support, but for some strange reason it is very difficult for them to just delete your account. They only give you answers like: your request is inquired. Or: I will mark your request as urgent. Okay but why does it have to take 2 weeks to just delete an account then?! I just don’t understand! I already asked it 3 times!! Please delete my account or just let me do it!
Exchange Rate
Before submitting your transfer make sure you check the rate exchange which this company giving for transfer. Had not good at all experience.
Document verification took so long
I need to wait 4 days just for the verification not yet for transfer the money, in case of emergency we can't use paysend. And also the customer services are terrible Never give any solution just say wait wait and wait. Bye.
Disappointed and no solution
I used this app for quite long, about 6 months. Always ok, with minor errors. More ofter is about unsuccessfully money transferd, and this months is the peak. 4x failed to transfer the funds to the same account that I used to made my transactions. i did email, but what I get mis just automatica email. Really frustrating,
