Ik heb deze app een tijdje lopen vervloeken, maa nu werkt het echt fantastisch.
I've had my account suspended for over 2 weeks Because of verification I sent all documents they asked for more than 6 months ago and I've never got an email of any thing missing or not being clear All agents ask me the same questions and give the same solutions that don't work
I do not suggest using this app for people who live in the Netherlands, It will take MONTHS to verify your ID because they cannot uderstand you id and when you talk to someone they will just keep saying it has been forwarded to the higher ups and will be reviewed soon. Nope days and days went by so i just decided to use another app than this.Disappointing…..

It’s so hard to delete your account in this app, I have contact and call them and still my account is active…
I have been using Worldremit for more than 2 years but 3 weeks ago they temporarily deactivated my account because I need to send them a copy of my bank statement and salary slip which I did. But until now I haven’t heard any updates from them and still my account is temporarily deactivated. I emailed them many times and a week ago I spoke to one of the agent about the issue but still I haven’t received any response from them. Totally disappointed for the lack of action. I have contacted again for the 3rd time their Callcenter agent about my issue they told me to wait for the email because they’re still reviewing my account but it’s almost a week now that I haven’t received any emails from them. So for Almost 2 months now my account is still deactivated. Totally frustrated! Update! Finally after almost 2 months and many calls my account is active again. I hope they will do better than that in the future.
Geeft veel problemen bij het opstarten de laatste tijd Ik gebruik de app al heel lang Maar de laatste paar maanden geeft het veel problemen Dat vind ik jammer En als je geld stuurt naar je zelf in het buitenland Duurt het lang of je kan het geld helemaal niet opnemen Slechte service Was perfect in het begin Jammer dat de service zo slecht is geworden
Im using this app for how many years. But simple problem they cannot solved. What a shame! By the way I will not use your app again.
