Fine, but…
The app works fine, but they offer a free plan which obviously has limitations. And then the limitations and costs increase. They do explain what will change, yet in a confusing way. So I moved my money to Revolut and sadly closed my account.

In the app it says sepa payments can take up to the following business day and in waiting for more then 3 business days and you cannot contact monese diractly. Very trash customer service

This is the most terrible online Bank I have ever experienced. They block your account without giving any reason or further information request. A lot of people are complaining in their review about Monese. It can take months before you hear from them

I have already sent a few e-mails, but there is no response from your side.
I wanted to change my address, but in the app there is no possibility to choose the Netherlands as country. Therefore, I cannot enter my new address.
I have now closed my account, because I cannot bank with an organisation that does not have its affairs in order.
A response is not necessary anymore. I am done with you.

CORRUPT COMPANY! Stay far way!
Monese is well known for freezing accounts, blocking all money and not responding. This is how they operate and Monese keeps these monies in their accounts. The only way is to take them to the Court.
Financial Ombudsman Service is a private Limited company. This is part or their scheme on stealing money. :/
Monese clearly knows that lawyers are too expensive and nobody will do that. Therefore most people just forget their money and move on. This is a criminal scheme Monese practices.
They blocked my account 4 months ago.
I send formal complaint more then a month ago and still did not received any response how to unblock my account or when I will be able to get my money back.
Also my request to close my account and to transfer my fund to another account has been totally ignored. They not even have the decency to confirm its receivement.
Waiting for a ‘response’ is a joke. Some people are waiting for almost a year. The NEVER get back to you.
