Use 3 phone to connect hub,never connected,app is really bad to use

I was notified that I need to upgrade our control unit as the app on our current miGenie would longer work from March ‘24 I purchased the new system and installed it as directed. Downloaded the app as directed and filled all the details, following instructions to the tee! Sadly no matter what I did or which of my devises I used it simply would not connect to the Hubr. After about an hour of frustration and the app no longer functioning correctly, I gave up, put the old unit back in, boxed it ready to ship back to Drayton. I can’t say if the app or the unit was faulty but I just couldn’t get the app to operate properly. In short, waste of time and money.

You updated the app, but it still doesn't work. I wrote to your technical colleagues with the video description, but it still doesn't work. It's a pretty disappointing situation.

Yes - as in the review a year ago - the app continually disappears & no actions can be done on mobile - have to delete app & download again! Can’t even send this because any nickname required is not available!🙄!

I updated my wiser home app and now I can’t adjust my heating control. I can turn the boiler on for an hour when I want to from the hub but that’s it I am no longer able to set a schedule because every time I open the app it just says loading and I can’t change it. What used to happen was it would let me log in and I would then set my schedule but now it opens and stays loading which isn’t any good to me.

Very disappointing app, despite multiple updates same old problems persist. Fails to open, freezes when open, fails to connect to history log, boiler on but app says it’s off, boiler off but app says it is on. Overall a very poor experience of a system installed over a year ago.

Absolutely crap piece of expensive junk. Steer clear!

Wiser does not worldly with mesh Wi-Fi systems it does not stay connected to the Wi-Fi and the very time you want to turn on the heating nothing works

Since the last update I can no longer connect and control my home when out of the house. Hopefully they fix this quickly.

The update is not pleased to look at. It’s very hard to see the text against all the white background. Please put in an option to contrast. Note to developers; As people’s eyes fail, you need to be conscious of visual and audio as these senses change as we get older.
