App is great but i have a problem
I have a wiz bulb from december 2022. It worked great until this week, when i changed the bulb position in another room. The bulb is not entering in pairing mode. I tried with 3 on-off, with 5, and not just once. I followed every step from your app, and website but still not working. The bulb is not pulsing after reset. After reset, the intensity goes to minimum, an it stays like that until i switch off-on. I tried all the tricks i found online, but the bulb still not pulsing.
Cant connect to Alexa
I managed to open once the app after I tryed to sync it to Alexa its keeps on crashing, tyerd to reinstall same thing .. verry disappointed I can’t use now the Philips bulbs

Voice commands do not work properly
Everytime I try to set a command for my lights, the app doesn't remember it. I've tried countless times to set one through Siri. For example, I write "turn off the light". After I press the button to save, whenever I go back, it's modified to "turn IF the light". The same thing happens with any other command, it deletes word from it or modifies them. If I try to set it by recording, the app crashes.
Disappointed
I used this app for a year and it always had bugs. Connectivity is painful and for the last month the app is not responding anymore. All I get is ‘Network Error’. This app seems abandoned
Pretty good
Overall is a great app, I would like if I could use the 5GHz network and if the Christmas setting got expanded to include more colors.
App crashes since the last update
Normally a 5-star app and lights, but for know only 3 stars because of the crashing problems…
New update rendered my lights useless
After the new update the app constantly crashed whenever i slightly scrolled trough my colours so i was basically locked to on/off and three colors. I wanted to write a 1 star review but the appstore wouldn’t let me since “i didn’t own the app” so i thought maybe it was a bug that i could fix if i deleted and reinstalled it. I did and now i can’t connect and my money is wasted and my setup is ruined thanks a lot i should have stuck to philips hue and not gone for some cheap ass wi fi lights
