V1 is better to use. It is more user friendly and picks up new devices easier

Absolute garbage. Tried v2 as well. Light stuck on blue despite having connecting it multiple times. Reset routers, enforced 2.4, etc. Chat offers nothing useful besides benign points like turning the router off an on. I literally bought this today and spent half the day trying to get it to work. Save yourself the money and spend a little more money to get a product that provides a more seamless experience, swapped these out for a Nanoleaf and is working seamlessly within a few minutes. Threw this product in the bin and never returning.

would rate it so much higher if it had fading lights and if the app actually worked, if I could turn on the lights the first time I tried it would be 5 stars, it takes minutes just to turn on since I have to keep resetting the app and pressing the on and off button, think a remote would’ve worked way better since the app is mostly a pain to use, even worse is the fact that I can’t change any settings or get wizv2 due to a ‘network’ error which I’ve reset multiple times. overall I wouldn’t recommend due to the fact of how unreliable the app actually is.

App works great, but don't update to v2 app

I need to be able to pre-set the brightness when going from night light to any other mode. When you go from night light to anything else, the brightness is whatever you last had it. So, when putting night light in the morning so it’s not too bright, when you’re ready to put a normal warm white on, if you forgot to turn the brightness down the night before, it’s too bright

App was working great for a while and then I had a power cut and after that the app stopped connecting to the bulb when I try to sign in it comes up with ‘sign in error’ also when deleting a home it comes up with the same error message and I’m unable to create a new account because of the same error this has been like this for the past 6 months

This is got to be one of the most affordable and cool lights on the market but this app doesn’t live up to it. I’m using a iPhone 13 Pro Max and this app every time I use it, it crashes so that also means I can’t upgrade to the second version of this app if there was an update that could let me actually use this app to upgrade to V2 that would be much appreciated thanks.
