App no longer supported by ios 12 👏
Thank you Hyatt for thinking of all your clients ! The app is no longer supported by ios 12, though many people still carry older phone whose system cannot be upgraded. These phones work perfectly and there are no reason to change them. @Hyatt, will you sponsor the acquisition of new phones ? Or better move our business and loyalty to another hotel chain which cares ALL its clients ?

I’m a recent member of World of Hyatt, for the moment this app seems pretty good: you can manage your account, your reservations, etc. You can also add your reservations into your Apple Wallet
Does not recognize Swiss Postcodes...
Dear App developer, I’ll be willing to give the app a better rating, the day I can connect ;-). But for now, I’ve never been able to do so. To set up a password, one needs to enter his/her address. Unfortunately, it seems that swiss postcodes (at least mine) aren’t recognized and I get a message : “invalid zip code” (and yes, I did select the right country). I look forward to the app’s update! Thx
Passbook 😕
L'intégration Passbook ne fonctionne pas chez moi : ça fait crasher l'application. iOS 8.3 doit y être pour quelque chose ?
Les MAJ se suivent...
...et se ressemblent. Le nombre de réservations s'affichent mais quand on clique un message d'erreur apparaît. Même chose quand on sélectionne un hôtel. Donc ne fonctionné toujours pas.

est-ce que quelqu'un peut me dire comment s'identifier sur l'application avec son passport number et nom, quel est exactement le format des informations à saisir, avec majuscules ou sans ? Merci de l'aide
