Fixed

Version 6.3.1 fixed the crash bug.

6.3 broke app

App no longer starts after version 6.3 update.

No longer works

After the 6.3 update the app is no longer opening on my iPhone 8plus. Noting this is happening to others. According to what I am reading, it should work fine and the iOS version I have qualifies. Please fix this!!

App Crashing

Crashes immediately. Delete and re-download ineffective.

Update 6.3 not functional - app force closes on load

Update 6.3 opens then force closes immediately. There’s no direct way to easily contact app support. Restart, uninstall and reinstall etc do not resolve the issue.

App force crashes every time.

Cannot even open the app. Force crashes every time on iOS 18.1. Have uninstalled & restarted countless times & no resolution.

Was working great all year. Now it crashes on opening. Delete, downloaded several times. Still crashes. Iphone pro 13. Of course I need now. On trip. Please help. Thanks

Fix the app!!

Although every features has done decently well, but I am not sure why I’m not gaining access in the WOH app! I have an iPhone 8 and iOS 16.7.10; which qualifies the requirement to use it. Tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall it, yet no luck!! WOH please fix the app; which is driving me ridiculous!!

Version 6.3 not opening

Hello. Not sure if this is happened to others…the update to 6.3 is it opening on iPhones. Everything was perfect on 6.2. Could someone in the Hyatt Mobile IT team take a look? Thanks.
