Missing stay credit - unprofessional attitude
- They keep missing my stay credits. I have requested at least 3 times in two months. And every time they would told me to wait for 14 days. Come on, it’s been more than two months. And I had provided all the proofs (booking number, email). How difficult it is for you to check your system? - Unprofessional attitude: no explanation at all. All of the agents kept telling me to wait with no explanation. Hyatt didn’t send any update email. And I feel like the agents try to cut me off before I can express and complain about it. What is this discrimination? That’s why I cancel all my next bookings with Hyatt.
