Laggy App
The app gets laggy and does not display all the items on the iphone 13 max pro. It is difficult to book the reward night. Had to repeat the process 3 times.

A little bit confusing
I am a member of the world of Hyatt. I’m hoping that the points the earning points took place. Then the second thing is that it says pay my way or I still don’t understand what the differences and I hope I did it correctly The rest was perfect.
Awful
Doesn’t allow applepay. Takes phone number in invalid format. Blocks login and does not link to help phone number. Nightmare app.

Great app just one problem
I love the app the only problem I have with the app is my favorites don’t show up in my favorites.
Can't login
I have a password saver and I can use it to login to my account on a browser but not into the app.. I tried both my email (it is written completely and yet says it's a required field - I KNOW, THAT'S WHY I FILLED IT OUT) - and my account number. It says I need to review and check it all. It's correct. What is annoying is that the only help I can find is the line you call for reservations and that is a long wait with crackles on the line. Not cool.
Convenient & user friendly!
World of Hyatt APP is very convenient & user friendly! I like how we can view upcoming & past stays and ability to view folio during and post stays. Information about shuttle availability and schedule is super convenient and helpful as I plan for my trips!
