Hard to use

Hard to do basic work - reconciling bank accounts etc. Don't bother with the app - use a regular browser instead.

Xero NO support

I had to download the Xero for accounting as one a client requested it. We have contacted about 10 different people for help or to setup the program, but until now 8 months later NOTHING My personal opinion is DON’T waste your time with this

Something went wrong every time

I’ve tried to log on to the app but I get “Something went wrong. We are now aware of it” every time. Deleted and re installed the app multiple times. Devs please investigate. iPhone X iOS 14.7

P&L not working

Very useful app. However since yesterday 30 Sep 2020 version update, the P&L is nowhere to be seen on my iPhone 11. Update April 1st 2021—— App works well, I am satisfied. BUT in P&L, Month To Date and Quarter to Date reports pick correct new financial year (Mar 1st) but Year To Date picks March 2nd! Hence reports are wrong.

Unacceptable mobile functionality

“Can’t display invoice. It contains a tax adjustment that can’t be displayed on your mobile.” This error message is unacceptable and I think that displaying my invoices is a minimum for any mobile accounting package.

Profit this month on dashboard

Love the app but it seems that the profit portion on the dashboard has disappeared with this update??

Good software

Quite user friendly

App not working

Since about March the app is unusable.. worked 100% prior. Now I cannot even load a reciept using an iPhone 6s and a 20mb Fibre line. This is the main function I use the app for. I want to roll this out to my team, but hesitant now.

Nice App!

Awesome app with nice features,would love to have the functionality of creating invoices from quotes on this app.thx for the great work!
