I paid for this app. A few years later they stop releasing updates and make a new identical app that requires a subscription. That’s crappy but not the worst bit. They broke this app in the final update, meaning I can no longer use the app I paid for.
Used to be good but no use now as crashes continuously without saving data.
Still using expense tracker after 4 years works really well not complicated and reliable. This is a great little app really useful to be able to log all income and expenses easily on the go. Emailing them to home computer is great as long as you set up the reports properly which is not difficult on the phone. I messed up and sent a couple of queries to the developer who responded very quickly and explained what I needed to do. I am a one man outfit doing consultancy work and this is ideal. Mike

After updating my phone to iOS 15.1 now this app is not working as i need it for work expenses ASAP!! can anyone help on how do it get it back working and the data 🤦♂️ as i deleted it and re installed it and lost all of my 29 months of expenses 😠 😠
Used this app for +5 years now Excellent way to track and submit your expenses and an invaluable business as personal finances tool highly recommend!
I like that it is customisable but not that you cannot change the spreadsheet titles to comply with my company’s requirements. Also, you need to store the backups as my photo receipts have been corrupted somehow from 2014 backwards, possibly due to changing phones and apple have done that?
I have been using Xpense tracker for around 3 years. Has never let me down. The functionality and structure is 1st class. Everything is intuitive to use. The backup and restore and sync functionality has never let me down. Overall this has saved me hours of admin time, and helped to ensure my expense claims have been decided and recovered correctly. Paid for the cost of the app many times over. Highly recommended.

Lots to admire here, but one glitch that I find causes so much irritation that I’m on the verge of ditching the app... if you do all your accounts on the go, the add date option works fine, but if like me you go back to fill things in at the end of the year, EVERY time your phone screen goes off, you then have to scroll back manually through every month to get back to where you were. Would be amazing if the developers could get a quicker shortcut to return to previous dates...
