App needs update

what a load of rubbish, do not buy.

Typical chinese rubbish, they create app to accompany a product and after couple of years they remove the app support and server so they can sell you new product! I can’t even create new user login!

Cameras themselves had reasonable reviews. The actual operating system, is rubbish. Outdated, hard to enter data. Doesn't loop over recordings, come home to a full hard drive, handy if something goes missing! Have to format hard drive every fortnight. Can't set up internet, can't use xvr app, just says parameter error. No support. Save your money, spend extra on cameras with a high rated system.

No support, waste of $500. App used to work on my Samsung S10+ (sometimes) would freeze frequently and force close after a few minutes almost every time, now I have the iPhone 12 Pro and I can’t even log in it keeps saying parameter error...absolute joke. No one to contact at all, wish I read these reviews before purchasing this camera set off kogan. Unless someone contacts me to resolve this issue ASAP I’ll be ensuring no one will be using this brand anymore..

It simply doesn’t work, next to no actual support to get it to function and I wasted $500 on cameras associated to this app. Very buggy, and that’s if it even works at all. Don’t buy anything associated to this app. And as noted, the developers cannot even bother to respond to customers questions or feedback *claps*

I had updated the app however I now cannot view playback it states no data for this time period.

App crashes when trying to switch to HD view

Updated app and it crashes when switching to HD. Also the selection of favourite views doesn’t work and never has. Have to select device and cameras every time I log in
