Driver Instructions
Generally good app. Prices are fair most of the time. If there is one thing I’d improve, it’s making ride details and instructions more apparent to the drivers. Tired of writing instructions and notes for the drivers like having change for a certain amount if money then running late because they don’t have it and have to make stops somewhere else. Or being called when they are about to reach me, just to ask me to cancel because the destination I set is far or out of their way. I guess that is more driver etiquette but hopefully the point comes across. It’s really frustrating.
