Great app with many levels
Step by step with video and clear instructions. One minus is, the audio is slower then the video so it’s better to get familiar with the post first and just listen to the instructions during practice. Very user friendly!
Im a beginner, and this is neither too difficult nor too intense. You can choose different lengths of class, and I chose the 30-min one, one each day. Also has individual videos and description of poses so you can practice single poses or check if you are doing it right. But the first part of video (which i guess is a warm-up session?) is usually too quick for me to follow, plus the video are different every day, you do not know what pose happens next, which increases the difficulty. But still, a great app overall.
Really good, compare with other app,this is more details for me to select, and the background music is good too, it seems like the tutor teaching me. However it is around us$5 per week, if I didn’t do yoga within a week then I waste $5 per week.If I am not concern lesson quality I can use almost same money to find a tutor teach me and fix my pose. So if I guarantee I can do it at least 1-2 times I will subscribe again,or make it cheaper /new subscription terms haha~
Good for beginners
Excellent demonstration video. Very good, clear and useful instructions on each move. And very helpful tips on related health subject.
