Love it already
I had been looking for an in depth app for yoga and this one is very good. The video could be a little crisper but that’s just nitpicking for the sake of it. Nice app I enjoy it.
Literally the best app when it comes to yoga. There is something for everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced. I love the pace. You have the option to rewind in case you miss something. You can specify things you want to focus on. For instance, dealing with back pain or you want to focus on weight loss. It’s there. If you’re running short on time, you have the option to choose a shorter session. I rave to everyone about this app and how much it has helped me. Especially to all the people who are interested in wanting to learn yoga
It’s easy to use and it gives me the privacy I require to work out. The difficulty levels work for me.
Very convenient
Why do we have to pay for a subscription to use a class that’s supposed to be free?
Allows me to do Yoga from the comfort of my own home.
So far so good. Helpful for keeping a practice routine going. Seems like you can scale it’s suggestions according to your level of practice. Could use more options on speed, however. The instruction is pretty quick paced and starts super quick. I’d recommend a short warm up before pressing “start”.
I just got this app yesterday and I’m really liking it so far. Some poses are perfect for a beginner and the others I look forward to being able to do in the future!
I downloaded fresh app and still no video intto questions then music and Nothing only a buffer swirl on and on Nia 310-733-6275
