A few days ago my VIP YOUKU subscription suddenly didn’t have English subtitles anymore, I contacted support but nothing has been done about it. I really love the app but without English subs I can’t enjoy watching anything on it.
I was asked to join the vip which I try to join but when I enter debit card information, it saying “expiration dates cannot be in the past, that the payment card expiration year must be between 2023 and 2043” and my debit card is expiring next two years. Please what should I do?

แอปดีนะคะมีเรื่องสนุกๆเยอะเลยค่ะแต่มีข้อเสียอยู่อย่างเดียวค่ะคือเรื่องการแปลเป็นการแปลที่อ่านแล้วห้ะมาก อ่านแล้วขมวดคิ้วอ่านแล้วหงุดหงิดแปลเหมือนไม่อยากแปลแปลเหมือนไม่ตั้งใจเหมือนใช้Aiแปลมันทำให้หนังสนุกๆดูน่าเบื่อดูน่าหงุดหงิดจนทนดูต่อไม่ได้ค่ะอยากให้แก้ส่วนตรงนี้ให้หน่อยค่ะสำหรับอย่างอื่นถือว่าโอเครเลยค่ะแต่ยกเว้นการแปลนะคะแย่มาก!!!
ถ้าสมัครสมาชิกโดยตัดเงินผ่าน Truemoney wallet หรือ Line Pay จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกเองได้ ต้องติดต่อผ่านแอพหรืออีเมล์เท่านั้น ถ้าไม่ติดต่อขอยกเลิกก็จะตัดเงินอัตโนมัติไปเรื่อยๆ แย่มากๆ เวลาดูหนังหรือซีรี่ส์ก็ไม่บันทึกไว้ให้เลยว่าดูถึงไหนแล้ว

ซับชอบหายเสียตังหลายรอบ แต่่อยากดูก็เข้าใจลบแล้ววโหลดใหม่หลายรอบแล้ว บางทีซับก็มาพออีพีถัดไปซับหาย โหลดแล้ววลบใหม่ซับไม่ขึ้น แล้ววจะเสียตังทำไมซับไม่ขึ้น
ผ่านไปครึ่งเรื่องแล้วแต่ซับไม่ขึ้นเลย
