This service is clearly a scam - how is it that I’m paying for VIP and I can’t even stream it on my Chrome Browser and when it does work it’s buffering or the video is distorted. That isn’t VIP service. That’s called being lazy when developing the app and only to gain subscribers. This is why people result to pirating or other apps because of services like these. We pay our hard earned MONEY for this service and you can’t even get it right. Also, if you’re going to have an English app make sure your team translates everything. I will definitely not recommend this to my 100,000 subscribers on YouTube but I will make a video about it. Cheers. You take my money, I’ll make a review.
I couldn’t find the Kdrama I wanted

Worst Drama App Ever
Worst drama app ever, doesn’t even allow you to cast to a TV. The only way to watch it on the TV is if you mirror your phone screen and it’s constantly lagging 🙄. Horrible do not recommend.
Constant buffering
Even though I pay for VIP I watch a Loading/Buffering animation more than I watch the actual show. This happens both on the app and on the website. I have ultra fast fibre internet pumping into a high performance gaming PC and all other sites and streaming platforms perform at ultra speeds so I know it’s not a problem on my end. Also I still see banners and ads to buy VIP despite having a yearly subscription to VIP. It would be nice not to see these ads since they already have my money. I might have to just go back to iQIYI and WeTV.
Regrets
In April purchased a 1 year subscription and boy do I regret it!!!! I was sold by the idea of being able to download episodes, but have mostly found issues when I have tried to download. Either it says it’s downloaded and when I go to watch it skips the video to the last 3 secs and crashes or it will download it but without subtitles, and of course there is no option to turn them on either… Also I was hoping for a variety of new Chinese drama, but their selection is so little.

Sorry it’s not so much a bad review cause everything works nicely it’s just I can’t purchase VIP. I’ve tried multiple times.

Hi, I have paid for the subscription but my account stay the same. I have contacted help but no response. Please help with my account.
Membership promo not working after some time
I availed their annual membership promo. It worked for 4 months. I have not changed the account I am using. I asked customer service for assistance showing my screenshots as proof of payment (it’s showing that no payment is on record) and they advised me on pressing restoring/recovering rights but nothing is working. I can not watch anything with VIP banner on it.
Works well
Great quality and easy to use. It does work horizontally on tablet screen, the option to tilt is on the display screen itself. Not being able to cast on Smart TV is not a deal breaker for me as I use my iPad / phone to watch shows anyway. Lots of great show options and they’re sub titled as well - I read the English but I also understand the Chinese as well - translation is probably 95% accurate. First year trial is a good deal. Try the app first before you decide if this works for you.
