Don’t subscribe.. nothing plays on it.
I have subscribed annual plan with sony liv and I thought it looks good app to watch content but this is the worst app I have ever seen. Whatever we try to play it shows error when reached out to customer care they just apologise and tells to wait for sometime. But nothing gets better. Shows error in playing live news channels as well.

Number of channels are decreasing day by day.
Flower channel is not accessible, Asianet Movie channel does not show any title rather it shows Program@time. YuppTV is loosing its attraction.
Cheating app
This is the most cheating app…i paid money for 1 year subscription but still cannot watch anything.
Not great support with fire stick live tv
I wanted to subscribe to yupp tv mainly to watch live tv on fire stick . Fire stick has great option called live tv where we can see all the live channels offered by various apps . Unfortunately yupp tv lack good support and only shows few channels . Raising this to customer support is also useless as the support doesn’t really care about user simply suggested random solutions.

Stupid app and website
Not sure what your business model is, it’s anything but not getting subsection. iPhone app says open website for subscription and then website will not open and keep directing to app, how stupid is that? Website not allowing to login by pasting password. You are TV app not bank stop overthinking and blocking copy paste. At least you lost one user. Going to Jio TV. Well done and kudos to your product team.
