Quick to navigate and so far no glitch on the payment system.

So far it’s easy for a user experience and I find that the prices are a bit more reasonable than the others. Hope the booking I made is legit when I get to the hotel.

Worst booking platform ever

I am actually unsure how they have good reviews. This company is appalling! We booked a hotel through Zen and received a confirmation from Zen hotels. When we contacted the hotel to confirm our reservation they stated there was no booking. We then contacted Zen who informed us they had a technical error and as a result they accidentally booked another hotel. The original hotel we booked was 5* the hotel they switched it too was 3*. When we called to complain the member of staff dealing with us was extremely rude and even disconnected the line. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ZEN HOTELS!

Beware

This company misleads it’s customers, do not trust them. I booked through this app on the basis that I would pay on arrival at the hotel, but they took the money immediately. I’m not the only unhappy customer, try searching for zen hotels on the internet to see other dissatisfied customers.

Horrific company

Avoid. They will take your money and not make a reservation for you. Complete scam.
