This zenith bank app is because a useless app, card purchases mobile credit with it or pay subscriptions for cable TV it’s so frustrating the old app was better tbh
Kindly change this app. It is terrible
It keeps deactivating my account and takes forever loading and you can’t make any transactions once you activate it back you have to wait for some hours ….so bad
I wonder why a whole bank/ team would launch a new app without proper user testing ! Asides that it took almost 4 days for my balances to show , I haven’t been able to do any transaction since I upgraded. Pls put the old app on App Store if you can’t do the right thing the fist time .
The app does not work well with iPhone 11 Pro; but did better with iPhone 11 Pro Max, even with the latter, there is still page freezes. Accounts do not load on the 11 Pro and kept warning “unhandled error”. I no longer use the app, which is frustrating. Please do something to fix it. The features are desirable.
It is very distasteful that this bank with all the advancements in technology is not able to upgrade it’s mobile banking features without inconveniencing customers with a new registration requirement. Zenith bank is either not investing well in technology or they need to let go of their tech team. Digital banking with this organization is not in line with best practices. Of course, I’ll activate my other bank account. This is not ok.
This is frustrating. The app keeps resetting and my information becomes unavailable. I can’t even carry out any transactions. Why did Zenith bank have to change to this new app that isn’t working? I am in the diaspora and carrying out transactions has become impossible. This is frustrating to say the least. This App is a big NO!
The upgraded version has been telling me to register, I put in my card details and it keeps saying wrong pin! I’m so upset right now
This app is not working and the customer service is relatively poor. I have been struggling to register and it is not working. I have reached out to Zenith bank customer service agents and they could not help me, they kept hanging up on me and the customer service experience is bad.
