Make your life experiences simpler and stay in control with Zenith Mobile Banking app.

Manage your finances; make card settlements, transfer funds and make payments using QR (Quick Response codes).

How do I Register?

To register, simply download the app and select any of the three (3) registration options
1. With Hardware Token
a) Enter Account number and Continue
b) Click Hardware Token
c) Enter the Token from the device and Token PIN
• Create and confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Click on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on.
2. With Card
a) Enters Account Number and Continue
b) Select Card
c) Enter the Last Six Digits of the Card and Card Pin
• Create and Confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and Confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Clicks on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on to the App.

3. Branch Activation

Note:
• Registration is one time
• To Add New Device, user should simply login with Account Number and Password, System will prompt for Device Registration.
• Customer can authorize with Token or Card Details.
• Users can add up to 3 Devices.

Application not opening

This app has refused to open for like two days now please do something about it…. At first I thought it was my phone then I had to restart my phone and yet it’s not working just rolling…

Very poor and annoying

I have been trying to login to my mobile app on my new phone but there is no login button and when I tap on the registration button and input my atm card and pin it will show error no account found This is so crazy you guys should fix your bank

Terrible since last 2weeks

I had download and re download several times, I inputted my e token and pin and account number but kept getting error code saying please input account number.

App was updated by them and suddenly can’t open my app anymore

My app doesn’t open

I always try every day to open my Zenith bank app but it will force close account.., tried deleting and downloading again but same fault..,, please fix this this is one of the best listened banks but the app speaks another thing 😢😐😒

My mobile app isn’t open been a while, been keeping calm just to wait for somedays until now, does ZenithMobile not support mobile anymore?

My app isn’t working.

My app isn’t opening since couple of days now. When I try open it, it close immediately.

Very Poor

My app is not responding nor opening. Even after deleting and downloading afresh over and again. It kept on closing and when I tried to open on a new device, it is rejecting my card number and pin. Kept on asking for a hardware token I have never even used before. So crazy!

My app keeps closing and I don’t know why. First of all my Atm gets declined and now the app is not opening what’s the problem please
