I haven’t been able to log in for two years now

Authorization failed then double transaction amongst countless errors, my money is stuck and am not in Nigeria. This is too bad

It will be a good feature if one can easily go back to the app to view the receipt of a previous transaction and be able to share same!

I’ve been unable to login for 3 months. Even after talking to customer service twice in a day, I was instructed to re-register with app and that's still bringing up an error message. There's an error the IT Support Unit aren't able to detect and if they have customers complaining about not being able to access the app, it's disappointing that solutions aren't being provided to the customer.

I have been a customer for years and your services are abysmal at best and the worst part is they become worse in emergencies, with all the competitors rising these days, one will think you people will improve but it looks like the reverse is the case and it is worse for me because zenith bank is my main bank, at this rate I am going to have to change it and probably close my account altogether.

To the worst of all You truly deserve a medal Bank of frauders how can you be taking people’s money unnecessarily!God will judge us

I hate this bank with the whole of my heart , being that I am overly emotional , this bank has made me cry my eyes out and break things in the past out of intense frustration….I missed registration for an important exam( due to payment delay) because of the nonsense that this bank does ..and here I am today again in so much pain but I can’t access my money to see a doctor…. I’m giving up now and may God judge everybody making life difficult for me!!!!

Use OPay as an example to move forward

Zenith bank fell off real bad, and hey stop hiding people’s negative comment because you can’t bear the pain 🤣

How can I delete to reinstall the new version of the app only to be asked to verify my account from my old phone iPhone, which I sold out since 3 years ago. App I’ve used on my current phone for over 2 years now, all of a sudden I have to verify it from my old phone which is no longer accessible.🤦‍♂️ App not functioning properly and the overall banking system is kinda useless, as I don’t even see alerts for most transactions. Now my N30k is hanging for the past 2 weeks from trying to sub my router, was charged, didn’t get my data and haven’t gotten refunded till now as MTN said the refund was made immediately!!! Just tired of this bank. Think twice before committing your hard earned money to this bank!
