How do I Register?
To register, simply download the app and select any of the three (3) registration options
1. With Hardware Token
a) Enter Account number and Continue
b) Click Hardware Token
c) Enter the Token from the device and Token PIN
• Create and confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Click on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on.
2. With Card
a) Enters Account Number and Continue
b) Select Card
c) Enter the Last Six Digits of the Card and Card Pin
• Create and Confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and Confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Clicks on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on to the App.
3. Branch Activation
Note:
• Registration is one time
• To Add New Device, user should simply login with Account Number and Password, System will prompt for Device Registration.
• Customer can authorize with Token or Card Details.
• Users can add up to 3 Devices.

Useless bank
This is one of the most useless banks I have ever had the displeasure of using. Their customer support team is even worse they have so many options for customers to use when they have problems yet they like employing empty heads who only like to dress up and claim they work at the bank their customer support staff named Hope who operates their online chatting platform is one of the worse ones I have ever seen, I’m sure she doesn’t even know the meaning of customer support. I don’t know which is worse the emails or the chatting platform bunch of confused people who don’t know their jobs this bank should be shut down they are frauds. If you are thinking of using this bank or the app please don’t waste your time. For my own money, I have been sending numerous emails and messages with no results I only get stupid answers from the email response and no reply from the online live chat this bank is a joke.

Nothing works
I can re-install the app and unable to transfer through using browser displaying ‘authorisation failed’

Stupid Banking system
It is such a shame that Zenith bank has denied its customers access to their money due to the stupid app upgrade. Pathetic!
Absolutely useless App, useless Bank and useless Customer service
How do want the people outside Nigeria to get access to their money if you won’t allow us have access to the mobile app. This is the height of ridiculousness. SHAME
Horrible Experience
Stopped working after updating the app. I can’t log in and the customer service is horrible. I was told I needed to go to a physical bank to get hardware token which is something I have never needed since 2013 when I opened my account. I don’t live in Nigeria at the moment, this means I don’t have access to my money which is very frustrating as I use that account for transactions. The first thing I’d do when I arrive Nigeria is remove any money and close the account. Can’t have ties with an unreliable brand 😡
Learn from GTB
How can you upgrade your app and now not allow people to log in? GTB updated their customers in advance and even though they encountered issues, they still informed their customers along the way. Please can you just fix your software so we can access our accounts.
