Good app but one issue is that the links within the email open the page automatically while I’m just looking at it, without me clicking anywhere. This happens all the time and is very annoying.

Unhelpful tech support

The Doctor_27 on

Australia

I have tried on multiple attempts to get support out of Zoho and they just don’t understand my problem and it must be a bot who is responding. I need to talk to someone but there is no number. I am moving away from Zoho just because of their incompetence and ability to communicate and read what I have sent to them.

Have been using this free app version for years and it’s worked perfectly for me. Everything to do with Zoho feels transparent and non-pushy. Well done Zoho team.

If you use auth app on you phone, the sign-in process cannot deal with switch out of the app (to grab code). Need this fixed.
