Unbelievably slow to the point of useless
This app is so slow to load by folder, load the body of an email draft, load inbox. It is virtually unusable.
Not reviving any emails
Not easy to use as simple as Google

Not the best
Has poor features that haven’t been updated in years. Can’t see the email address of the person you are sending to, won’t store attachments locally so you can waste huge amounts of data if you need to view large file often and have to wait to upload attachments to send. Won’t do it in the background. Poor search function Etc
Can’t even sign in
I have 2-factor authentication set up. Every time I leave to get the code from my authentication app (which takes me about 3 seconds), the sign-in page reloads. I’m unable to enter the authorization code because it reloads immediately I leave the app.

2FA Vicious Circle
I installed the mail app on my phone, which also has the Google Authenticator app that I use for 2FA. When I went to login, I was asked to provide the OTP from the Authenticator app, I switched to the app and noted the code. When I switched back to the Zoho app, it reset everything and I had to re-enter my email and password. By that time the OTP expired so I had to go back again, get the new code, and of course the Zoho app again reset the login screen. After several unsuccessful attempts I then needed to enter info into a Captcha field, making a successful login even less likely. I appreciate the security measures, but that was not a great experience and I’m sure Zoho can do better.
