I couldn't even sign up because the form said my password cannot contain Sequencial charactets. What does that mean anyway?? Web sites and Email Providers are Really getting Too Much about telling Us what We Can Have in Our Passwords!! Seriously l "have" to go look up what sequencial means?? In 1 word: NO.
I find ZOHO MAIL very boring and needed lots of work to make it more inviting to users, very plain not user friendly contacts from within the company should automatically show. Such a boring interface, updated a profile picture but not showing on the app, icons for contacts are all blank. All in all it is such a very BORING email provider.
On my phone I get emails quickly but then it does not show up on my laptop until 30 min later.
Don’t love the interface. Not very intuitive.
This app is so slow to load by folder, load the body of an email draft, load inbox. It is virtually unusable.

Has poor features that haven’t been updated in years. Can’t see the email address of the person you are sending to, won’t store attachments locally so you can waste huge amounts of data if you need to view large file often and have to wait to upload attachments to send. Won’t do it in the background. Poor search function Etc
I have 2-factor authentication set up. Every time I leave to get the code from my authentication app (which takes me about 3 seconds), the sign-in page reloads. I’m unable to enter the authorization code because it reloads immediately I leave the app.
