This mail app is poor. It is unclear how to change the user’s name associated with the email address, it isn’t clear how to add other email address accounts via the app. The desktop version may work better but who actually accesses emails at a desk anymore? The mobile and tablet interfaces are NOT good enough in todays market. The app is restrictive, not clean enough and overpriced for storage.
Problem with migrating outlook .pst file. Sent two emails to ‘support’ over space of a week and received nothing back. On cusp of closing account and trying someone else for email solution. Very disappointed. It looked so good……
Been using app for a while on iPhone and it’s fine, but the iPad version seems to be a level up. Liked muchly. But it doesn’t pull in my iOS contacts? WowNot. That’s an omission. Please fix that.
Not easy to login as it requesting to many passwords or sending a passcode to a MB phone I now do not use. Does not recognise a dongle key I created. One Authority does not work. Not able to get back the 12 digit codes as my computer did not copy them and I lost them all but cannot get them resent. Does not recognise a password I created now but did when created I spend too much time in trying to login than viewing my emails YES not happy I need a solution to my problems. A Dongle to allow me to login to be posted to me would I presume solve all my problems? Regards Brian
Do you want stop taking over PDF files through iOS like you’re the only thing using them.
Really poor email system…attempted to email 5 customers with a promotional offer & the email provider blocks the email account for days - still not back up & working & nobody to contact to fix

Worst app to navigate
Excellent user friendly app. Zoho provides very cost effective efficient services for private and business use. I am very happy to have chosen Zoho and would recommend them for private and business use.
