1. It is expensive for what you get. 2. It does not show heart rate or running pace which is important for new runners. 3. Voice prompts does not work on apple watch. You have to manually check when to run or walk. 4. Only records partial workout om apple health even though you exercise on avg for 30 minutes.
The distance moved is calculated from moment warm up starts till cool down ends, but workout time starts after warm up and ends before cool down. This means the pace calculation of the workout is a work of fiction.
Easy, teaches you to go steady and build distance slowly the right way, the voice prompts are great!
I’ve always been a bit overweight and I’ve never been one to enjoy exercising and I’ve never been able to stick with a program long enough to make a difference. If you are looking for something to help you start a healthier lifestyle, that is manageable and achievable for beginners, I highly recommend this app!
Rating based on my first use. I don’t like running at all. I have started this challenge with the view that it could improve my overall health. I would not have run the way the app guides a person as it feels to easy however they must know something that I don’t . I recommend trying the trial version and then see if I works for you

I enjoyed it when i could access just the basic week one runs for free without the premium thing! But its a good app and helps push me when I’ve slacked its my fav go to
This is the ONLY app that not only keeps me motivated to continue but I really have started to enjoy running and look forward to the challenge of the next session! That is quite amazing when you got off the couch in your fifties. Thank you!
