This was probably my second time downloading this app. The first few times I became overwhelmed at the progression. This time I decided to just go for it. It took me longer than I thought it would but I did it. Today I completed it. Once the app was completed it gives you a certificate and has additional training ideas. This app took me from just a walker to a runner. Thank you.
I downloaded this app to see if it would help get me ready to marathon again after being taken out by an accident. I listened to the first workout and was impressed so bought the one time purchase. Today was my first day and am breathing hard but feel great. Without it I know I would have over done it only to set me back. See you in 2025 for my first marathon in several years 🤗
Started back in January . Got an injury and took a month off to recover . Just a reminder to do proper stretching before and after running sesiones . I would also recommend repeating certain running days if they were too hard the first time around . Other than that , this app has made me runner again . Thanks !
This is probably my 4th or 5th time starting this program. I think it’s good but I think the 1st week should be 30 sec run intervals for people who are just starting. Also it should ask you if you want to move on or repeat the week. I find week 3 is such a huge jump from week 2 I always have to go back.
I like the app - I’m on my 3rd week of running and seeing improvement. My suggestion : Along with motivation maybe adding in some pointers on running form/correct body positioning would be helpful . Even proper breathing reminders .

itd be nice to know before i took time out of my day to take the quiz and dowload
I can’t exercise without someone telling me what to do, so the workout breakdowns make each session doable.
Decent app but wish the controls weren’t so sensitive as it often causes you to lose your progress and move to the next phase of the run without confirmation if you accidentally press it.
