I do all three routines every day. They make me feel great. Wish there were more. I’ve never seen an app with cleaner design, better esthetics, intelligent programming - 100%.

Misleading. As soon as you sign in it asks for you to pay. Nothing is free.

The exercises are simple and easy to follow. The length of the exercise is also short, therefore, encouraging to maintain.

The exercices are easy to follow by a beginner, the instructions are clear and the music is relaxing. I really enjoy this app!
