7 Minute Workout - Beginner to Advanced High Intensity Interval

I used to use them frequently but now they require me to login and be cloud connected and won’t start until I share my private information. Waste of space now. Go steal private information elsewhere and not from paying customers.

This app is just great. It's well cued, and changes up the exercises each day to keep the workout fun and interesting. It works even for an out of shape, geriatric aspiring athlete!

A surprisingly good workout when time is limited, customized to workout tools on hand. Pleasantly guided by by both audio and video with the ability to listen to your own music library. The variety of workouts is a great feature too. Think of the time and money you'll save by doing this instead of going to the gym!

There are about 50 7 minute workout apps, and 10 that I've tried, but this is the one that I return to. I don’t understand why other similar apps do better in top app charts - I guess it’s just marketing. Good exercises, with random variation to keep things interesting. Good videos. It'd be good to have a native iPad version.
