Mr Sudheendhra - an exception. Understanding. Engages right with a customer like me. The company should commend him for his sincere work. While I sent enough emails and contacted ACT’s customer care for 12 or 13 days, none - NO ONE - even seemed to bother to understand my queries and there was no resolution. Meanwhile, I kept getting messages almost every day saying that my queries were resolved and the ‘tickets’ raised for my queries were closed! Once I even got a message saying that they tried calling (and since I did not respond), the ticket was closed. - I had not received even a single call/missed call from them. They even deactivated my wifi though I had not requested them to do so. - And, I had to call them more than once for the reconnection! You guys at the ‘press 1 for internet’ and ‘press 2 for billing’ take the cake. So, Sudheendhra was the only one, finally, who understood my queries, explained everything, gave me options to choose from, and everything was set right. Just like that! Why doesn't ACT select their remote teams with care and train them properly before letting them loose on unsuspecting customers? - Dr Peter MBBS, MD, FICA, MCCP, MTS, Doc Min, PhD

How can we track complaint .. Have to bother about your services and find the difficulties of customers , Not giving messages to pay the dues before 15days .. it’s sad

Customer service is next nothing. They cut internet if we pay one day later but they will collect money and not fulfil service request.

This company don't follow any process. And employees don't know about their process and procedures. I requested for disconnection on Feb 9th,2023. Considering my need I raised disconnect date as Feb 9. But this idiots disconnected on Feb 7th. When I ask them the reason, they can disconnect any time 72 hrs before the disconnect request date. There is a reason for customers to provide the service end date. When I called the customer care to resume the service till Feb 9, they said it takes 24hrs to resume the service. Now I need to wait for 24hrs and my work from home has been blocked for a day. ACT internet - worst customer service
