Can’t even get it set up with the headset for translating conversations in my ear….!!!!! How do you get support to actually get these ear buds linked to this App to even WORK….?????

The earphones disconnect themselves regularly, app cannot login as it requires to login with mobile number and default settings in china country code. I can’t change the country code which means I cannot login this cannot use translate function. It makes the earphones useless now.

It is simple to set up BUT after just 5 minute of it working fantastic it won’t bind (connect) to the app again! I get the message “Invalid authorization code, please verify and try again” I have tried deleting the app and restarting the procedure but it won’t bind to the code given? NOT HAPPY

Seems they selling paper weights. Clicking the connect button to bind the earphones does nothing. Seems App has a way to go before ready for users.

Can no longer bind app to earbuds as it states my code is invalid, and have no way to unbind earbuds from previous account , come on fellas sort it out

Good head phones for music, just can’t use the translate feature, or phone calls

They didn’t put a device binding code in the section where it is supposed to be and now I can’t bind the earphones to the app
