I promise I have no skin in this game neither has anyone paid me for this review. I was attempting to find this app and download it to my iPad and looked at the reviews when i saw 1 or 2 star rating. I bought my translator earbuds from Amazon and downloaded this app to my phone. I have been using them for several weeks now to communicate with Korean friends and the app and earbuds have performed beautifully using my phone. I see many people struggling with pairing their earbuds to the app. I experienced this before but what i find is that it is designed to be logged out of and logged back in as part of the app check in process. This has never failed me. Just did it this morning. When i complete this process my earbuds automatically connect. Also the translation has been great. I talk with a few Korean friends on-line and the translation has been very good. I have friends who speak a little English and some that don’t speak any we can still communicate. When loging in, I only need my email and the app sends a code so i don’t have to remember a password. That’s a plus for me.

Cannot delete the account. I copied and pasted my email. The delete account button doesn’t work. Like the other feedback it doesn’t translate at all. Complete scam. I purchased after watching a tic toc pitch. Shoulda known. Glad the influencer got paid to promote this scam.

Code is needed to use it which means it's a scam virus type of app

Unable to use the device. I can login but when I scan the device binding code QR it says it’s not the correct code.

Instructions in your software handbook are very vague and hard to understand. I have not been able to load the software as the instructions to provide. Don’t provide me with the right answers. Please let me know. Thank you.

I couldn’t bind the device. I kept turning it on and off to see if it will connect but it did not. Returning it.

My binding code didn’t work when I opened my earbuds and I contacted customer support and no answer I called them and still no answer

The code they sent became invalid after only one time using them, and now they are useless. Wendy a waste of money.
