My translator headphones will not connect and their no costumer serves number I can find so far

These things are terrible. I constantly lose connection. Got a confirmation code, but still can’t pair it and no help from developer.

These are garbage. The apps connect tap does not work. No one will bother to contact for support.

In order to link the headphones to the app you have to have a code. No code was in any of the instructions so I can’t link it. I should not have to try to communicate to to have a code. Waste of my time and money.

waste of money,thank God they were cheap,otherwise was gonna go balistic,no clear instructions,you sont hear anything from the earbuds,they are only good to listen to music,this thing is nothing different then google translate,actually google is better,on these i dont know if the comunistlarty is listening as well,whic indint doubt it at all,do not buy this junk

Fix ur app I can’t bind my headphones and they are brand new just got them fix it please thank you

When I initially setup and used the earbuds for the first time, it worked fine. But when I tried to use it again, it would not work nor would it allow me to bond. I paid over $40 but the company wanted to give me $9 in refund. I feel it’s a bait and switch. It’s not worth purchasing.

App doesn’t work. Bottoms do but software doesn’t even translate just displays sound waves. Require email to use app. Just save time and money and DONT DOWNLOAD.

Waste of money cannot bind the earbuds to the app. Punch in code always say wrong.plus bus bind separately to Bluetooth so you only hear from one earbud…just don’t waste the time or money like I did
