I can’t connect !! What’s the code to connect

This software is a piece of garbage. Now I spent money on earplugs that can not get them to work. I believe this is a SCAMMER. I guess say good bye to my money I spent on the earplugs. Lesson learned for me about being Scammed !!!!!!

They don’t work & make you download an App & then that app charges you & no where to cancel or contact or complain about the charges.

I wiped out the app. Then I reinstalled it. I went to bind the headset using the QR code that came with the headset. The app says the code is incorrect. So I’m going to wipe out the app again throw out the headset.

Does nothing it advertises, try to use the mic with AI assistant and it crashes. Ty to use the translation with their headphones and it won’t bind a device. Complete waste of time and money.

The device QR code doesn’t work at all it’s invalid no matter if you restart your phone, the app or the device itself it doesn’t work. To get help you need to bind the device through a QR code but it’s invalid. You can’t use the translator function or talk to a virtual assistant until you bind the device through the QR code. Don’t buy at all this is a scam. And yes I bought it the headphones and tried everything possible they are good headphones but nothing more.

I received the earphones after 8 weeks. Downloaded the app. Product won’t bind because the code is “ invalid “. Reached out several times without help.

I purchased the JE04 earbuds, which require this app to function. However, the app demands a ‘device binding code’ that is impossible to obtain from the manufacturer or app developer. Adding to the frustration, it is not possible to contact customer support for assistance.
