I’ve spent hours trying to check in on line. and it keeps saying my IAPP security is not set whatever that means. I can only hope that the actual airline experience is better. This app is completely useless.

Just got the latest version from App Store, when app opens in iOS Get the message “update to latest version” and can’t get any further……

I have been trying to add extra baggage to my trip for the last 5 days but it has been imposible… I can see myself flying only with hand luggage due to the inefficiency of the app, customer care and the company aa a whole. I won’t be flying with you never ever again. Btw don’t push people to call your cal center to a payable phone number i.e. 50p per minute to rip off the average citizen, shame on you!!!
