I run the app on an iPhone 14. It’s slow and clunky. Big improvements needed.

The Aircall app is good and it’s being updated constantly. Great backup to the desktop app

We needed a smart solution for a phone system we could deploy in our company which we could use in any location on any device during Covid. This system streamlined the process for us and makes us far more efficient for our customers. The app does miss some features found on the desktop version, but we can more than get by without these. All round a fantastic product and service. Would highly recommend 👌

I use this daily on my iPhone for making work calls and it’s amazing - can’t recommend it enough.

They couldn’t take payment around Christmas, not sure why, without any notice they just shut our number off over the holidays. No notification of them about to do this or when they’ve done it, we had to find out from our customers! Despicable. Nobody available on support to resolve this all day today either (3rd Jan).

The customers I am speaking to frequently cut out, apparently I can be heard on the other side but they can’t hear me . I’m on Wi-Fi and have superfast broadband - this app is basically unuseable.

I love aircall. I use it daily for my job as an emergency vet nurse. The nature of my job means that it’s so important for the app to run smoothly with high quality calls and it certainly does just that. Never ran into any issues :) would recommend for any company!!!

I recommend this phone app to any that has a business.
