I was really happy with this, until I did an update today…
I recently purchased the video doorbell and up until today I have been extremely pleased with it. The picture quality has been excellent. Although, an infrared mode for night time would be a welcome addition. My issue though, is that after installing today’s update, (13/03/2024), I am no longer able to find the “settings “button. So I can no longer bring up the menu to log out or to simply change the video recording mode. I can’t change the motion detection or it’s sensitivity nor the human identification modes. I hope this is sorted out sooner rather than later.
Double charged
I have been double charged for one service and it has been the experience trying to get a refund. Firstly you cant talk to a real person its all through a chat and it could take days before a response. Then you have to have a paypal account for the refund which we don't use in NZ even though the payment was taken from my visa. If there was an option for a minus star i would give them minus ten. Also the camera doesn’t pick up every human movements as I've had multiple visitors while been home and no video memory of it.
Review
It’s very bad not working properly motion detector notification comes after 15 20 minutes late. Some motion is not even captured. Also most of the time need to put password to check notifications.
Don’t buy if you planned to use your own cloud storage.
They forced you to use their own pay cloud storage; if you don’t, your camera do not work for, no functions will work.
A great buy
Really impressed with the video quality, connectivity and speed. Super affordable to buy, easy installation. I recommend buying the solar panel for continuous charging, so once installed no hassle forever.

It records well. Decent quality.
Has notifications for people in areas assigned.
Doesn’t allow two phones to be logged in at the same time, so my partner can’t look at the live feed at the same time that I can. It logs the other phone out. Should be the ability to share an account.
This is a big one, it’s missing the ability to schedule periods where you want the camera on alert and notifying.
For example I want the camera to notify me when someone is in view during night, but not during the day because it’s a high traffic area. This could be a basic app function.

Aiwit is providing excellent service with proper updates on daily basis by recording all the movements AUDI VIDEOS Motion Detection is Unbelievable. The Doorbell with Security Camera itself is an amazing product bought . So far no regrets . I highly recommend others to install one for receiving parcel and security 👍
Network is weak
After updating my app , my camera is not working, unable to load pictures or video , shows network is week , it’s use to work fine before update my app , rest of all apps are fine no issues with wifi network. Hope they can fix this bug
Battery camera
I’ve had the battery camera for a month now and it’s just incredible. The battery stay charged for weeks I’ve only had to charge once since having it. I’ve got the solar panel but haven’t put up yet. The camera vision is so clear and the sound is so clear to. Night vision is immaculate. And alerts me when someone is in my camera view. Does recordings for me when anything is in my camera view which I really love. I’m investing into buying more for the back of my house. So recommend.
