Poor chat experience
When chatting with an agent to change a travel reservation I have to force close and reopen the app for it to display the agents messages. It makes using the chat feature extremely frustrating.
Unusable
No way to get out of the auto log in screen. Unable to access the app. Web page not any more helpful. Terrible experience.
Worst booking agency experience so far
Very bad experience. Flight was cancelled three times and never ticketed although manager had approved. Agents were not helpful in any way on the call. Flights were also overpriced, more than twice the price shown in google flights.
Messages don’t load
Messaging is awful. They don’t stream in from GBT unless you close the app and reopen it.
Amex app
App is okay to use. Not easy but not clunky. Avis costs more through the app than if I would rent on my own.
Chat with advisors useless
The only reason to use this app is to skip the wait hold on the phone to speak with a travel advisor. Any time I attempt to use the chat with advisor feature my chat is prematurely closed. The chat never updates and I spend 15-30 minutes waiting on a response. Then the chat is closed and their responses are retro actively generated on my end. Needs a lot of work.
Chat never updates
Throughout the whole history of using this app (more than one year) I've always had the same issue: chat never updates in my iPhone. I have to quit chat and then enter it again to make it update. This is super inconvenient when you have an active conversation with an agent. Its like you are constantly jumping in and out of the chat to see if an agent wrote something to you. In my second phone (Android) updates seem to work fine.
Could be better!
Well, I can look at a trip that I’ve made here off of the website, I cannot create a new trip nor can I alter an existing trip on the app. For that reason, I almost never even use the app.
