Problem with maps
DiDi app was great Until the new iOS update now I can’t order my didi from maps as before and tells me all the time that there is no rides available at this time , and I open didi app directly an input all info again

客服
客服处理问题不到位 平台的风气赶紧整改整改吧 顾客投诉了也没什么效果 客服根本就不会处理你的问题 老是会有司机跨平台拼车 客服不管理平台不作为 那这个软件以后还会有谁使用！
能有比这个平台更恶心的吗

越用越垃圾的打车软件
就刚开始用的时候打车又快又好，用多了就开始杀熟！各种打不上，接车司机距离还特别远！
