The app isn’t opening whenever I need it most for some reason

Not sure what the point of the app is as signs give you ride wait times and maps are displayed everywhere to orient yourself. Tried repeatedly to buy any express pass. Got through multiple times where it gave me the date and price, selected the amount needed, only to go through and be unable to purchase. Tried for timed entry to Nintendo world/any attraction repeatedly. Refreshed on the advice of many blog posts but nothing changed. No new releases for entry/attractions/express passes all day. Not sure why you pay entry to the park when you restrict access to a specific area. Not the experience we hoped to give our daughter.

The app is not informative on all happenings at the USJ and does not give accurate information. When we spoke to the manager 10.10.24 she said to look at the website for accurate information. But everything and everyone says download the app. The whole set up of USJ is terrible.

This is absolutely disgusting! Why do we have to chose and it said or jaws on such small writing. Such a scam! Then we had to wait 55 minutes just to go on the Hollywood Dream (we had an express pass) next time inform that!! Because we didn’t know that, also a family of 6 what we are this took away most of our time we could go explore universal studios but we have to wait in a line. But overall universal studios is fun I recommend coming here but just read the whole text when your at universal.

limit the amount of people allowed in the park per day so people can actually enjoy everything

tried to book express passes super early to make sure id be able to book for my fanily but the app wouldnt let me book until the tickets became sold out. its a trap. there other options like travel agency but for double the price. so frustrating

My family enjoyed 1.5 days in Universal Studios! Everything is great and food is amazing!!! My kids did not have enough and we will definitely be back!!!

Only the first tab is showing in English and the rest are Japanese. What is the point of the app?
