The app was working fine for me tracking steps. I wasn’t using it for anything else. Then as of 12/31 it just stopped collecting data. The history is no longer there either. Given the other recent reviews it sounds like this app needs some pretty serious attention from Apple.
Surprised that you can’t add activity such as hot yoga, etc. and also cannot use the VP function with your finger like other apps. If this is an Apple product, I’m surprised that these features and functions are missing.

I reset my phone completely to get sleep tracking back after using another app. I lost my whole Apple ID and it still didn’t fix sleep tracking. I WILL NEVER BUY APPLE AGAIN!
My app will not update! This is really aggravating
Today I was updating the body temperature section and the chart show different than what I entered
I can no longer rely on the accuracy of the recording mechanism in this app. It has always registered less miles than walked. But not it doesn’t register any walking data. My doctor was the person who asked me to use this. It no longer serves her purpose to track my health.

I just switched from an older iPhone but the iPhone is not recording correct resting energy!! I walked 3000 steps in an hour and got the results as 1500 steps a couple of hours later!!
I was excited to try this. My son gave me an Apple Watch so I could check to see if I’m in a fib. That seems to work quite well. I also wanted to track my sleep. The silly app says, as an example, “in bed 6 hrs 14 min; time asleep 6 hrs 10 min.” I don’t think I’ve ever gone to sleep in 4 minutes. Then if I wake up at, say, 4:00, it shows that but also shows I go right back to sleep. I wish! I might be playing a game on my phone or reading, but it shows I’m asleep. From the various reviews, I decided not to bother with customer service. Sounds like that it’s not Apple’s priority to keep customers happy. I’ll keep it for the a fib reading but won’t rely on it for other things.
